TIM MAHER 

Tim is a Regional Manager with ISB Mortgage Co., LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Investors Savings Bank.

With over 20 years of mortgage loan experience, Tim has originated over $750 million dollars in various loan products to meet the individual financial needs of over 2,000 satisfied customers. 

Tim was a founding partner in 1994 of Greenwich Home Mortgage Corp. which merged with the First Bank of Tennesse in 2005. Continued on as an Area Manager with First Horizon before joining Investors as a Regional Manager in April of 2008. He is a graduate of Rutgers College, New Brunswick with a B.A. in Business Administration and Communications.
